正文： 11月7日，55岁的王祥轩在宣恩县电力部门专门给他配备的工作间里制作装备工具（图一）。
9日上午，他带着自己发明的便携工具与同事们兴致勃勃的来到现场进行施工（图二）。从事基层电力工人34年来，他沿着电力线路攀山越岭、巡查架线，他从实用出发，运用自己的聪明才智改装和发明了一批电力线路施工中实用的装备工具，切实为基层电力工人“减负”，并得到了同事们的一致认可。(图三)。
采访手记：为了建设坚强的电网，构建和谐企业、和谐社会，他在工作中默默无闻、无私奉献，靠自己的聪明才智与一双勤劳的手，在平凡的工作岗位上创造了不平凡的事迹。他那种奉献的精神将时刻激励着我们向前、向前、永远向前！
